The OTW cards are player cards that have a dynamic value. This means that if one of these players receives a Team Of The Week card, the OTW card in your possession will automatically be adapted to this new maximum rating. The first basket of Ones to Watch was published already in the autumn (after the summer transfers), now the Ones to Watch is the turn of winter.
